Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in corpus. If something is not right, we will make it right.

1. Overview

corpus offers subscription-based pricing billed monthly or annually. We stand behind our product — if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the conditions described in this policy. All refund requests are evaluated fairly and processed promptly.


2. Refund Eligibility

New subscriptions — 7-day guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide corpus is not right for you within 7 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Annual renewals — 7-day window

If your annual subscription renews and you have not used corpus in the prior 30 days, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the renewal date. Renewals with active usage are not eligible for automatic refunds but can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Service outage credits

If corpus experiences downtime exceeding 4 hours in a single calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance), you are eligible for a 1-month service credit. Credits are applied automatically to your next billing cycle.

Billing errors

If you were charged an incorrect amount or charged after cancellation, we will issue a full refund for the error amount within 5 business days of the report.


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request — [your account email].
  2. Include your registered email address, the payment date, and a brief reason for the request (optional but helpful for us to improve).
  3. Our billing team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
You can also initiate a refund request directly from Settings → Billing → Request Refund within the corpus app.

4. Processing & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Razorpay). We do not issue refunds as account credits unless you request it.
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • You retain full access until the end of the paid period — we do not pro-rate cancellations.
  • After cancellation, your data is retained in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export everything.
  • After 30 days, your data is deleted from active systems. This action cannot be reversed.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you are within an eligible window (see Section 2).

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Monthly subscription fees after the 7-day window
  • Annual plan mid-term cancellations (unless covered by the 7-day renewal window)
  • Usage-based charges (e.g., bulk e-invoice credits) once consumed
  • Add-on purchases (one-time migration, custom integrations) unless delivery was not completed
