Cookie Policy

We use cookies minimally and only for purposes that make corpus work better for you.

Last updated: 28 June 2026 · Effective: 28 June 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They help the website remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the service. corpus uses cookies sparingly — only where they serve a clear purpose for you.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential (always on)

sb-[ref]-auth-token

Supabase authentication session. Stores your encrypted login session so you stay signed in across pages. Expires with session or on logout.

corpus_admin_token

Admin console authentication. Only set when accessing the admin panel. Strictly HttpOnly and Secure.

__Host-next-auth

Next.js CSRF protection token. Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks. Session-scoped.

Preference (functional)

corpus_theme

Stores your UI theme preference (light/dark). No personal data.

corpus_sidebar_state

Remembers whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed.

Analytics (optional, opt-out available)

posthog_*

Anonymous usage analytics. Tracks which features are used (not what data you enter). No personal or financial data is included. Can be disabled in Settings → Privacy.

3. Third-Party Cookies

corpus does not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking. The only third-party cookies present in the application are:

  • Razorpay: Set during the payment checkout flow on our billing page. Governs Razorpay's own fraud prevention. Not present on any non-billing page.

4. Your Choices

  • Essential cookies cannot be disabled — they are required for login and security.
  • Analytics cookies can be disabled at any time via Settings → Privacy → Usage analytics.
  • Browser-level controls: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.

We do not display a cookie consent banner because we do not use advertising or tracking cookies that require consent under Indian or EU law. If you are accessing corpus from the EU and believe a consent banner is required, email us at [email protected].
